Children’s Hearings Scotland Training Unit

Grade 3: £19,489 - £22,838 per annum (pro rata)
12 hours per week to be worked over 2 days (0.42 FTE)
Fixed Term until 30th September 2018
The College’s Children’s Hearings Scotland Training Unit is looking to appoint a skilled part-time administrative assistant based in our Glasgow training office for this varied and wide-ranging role.
You will work as part of a small team where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for national children’s panel member training in the West of Scotland as well as supporting on-going projects nationally.
It is essential that you have considerable experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a training or related environment. You will also be experienced in the use of computerised systems. You should be educated to SCQF Level 5/6 (SVQ 2/3).
