Bidwells has an exciting opportunity for a Qualified or Graduate Rural Surveyor to join our growing Fort William team, as part of our wider Scotland Division.


Bidwells manages, consults and offers strategic advice on over one million acres of farms and estates across the country and works with some of the UK's top-performing rural businesses including individuals, trusts, colleges, charities and companies.


We are looking for a Recently Qualified or Graduate Rural Surveyor with an interest in rural estate management. You will need to be able to work well in a team that prides itself on not only its professionalism but also its energy and enthusiasm.


As a Graduate/ Rural Surveyor with Bidwells in Fort William you will support our Associates and Partners in a diverse range of estate and farm management matters as well as undertaking a range of professional work including valuations, diversification projects, renewable energy schemes, grant sourcing and business plans.


The role will offer you the opportunity to develop and progress within a team of highly regarded specialists, whilst working on some of Scotland’s finest estates. If you join as a Graduate you will also be enrolled on our Graduate Development Programme which will focus on personal effectiveness and impact, commercial and financial awareness and client delivery skills.

Someone holding a RICS accredited degree, studying for one part time, or looking to study for one. Must have a strong interest in the Rural Economy and keen desire to become a qualified member of the Royal Institue of Chartered Surveyors.
