Working in one of our vibrant offices, it'll be up to you to provide a tailored candidate experience for Army candidates. Expertly engaging face-to-face, with a wide variety of people, you'll strive to find the very best talent for this exceptional brand while guiding and inspiring them along the way. Supporting senior members of the team, using the latest social media tools and liaising with education providers to raise awareness of the incredible diversity of roles available within the Army, will all be part of your busy remit. Recruiting for soldiers means you'll be dealing with a high-volume of candidates who will need your time, attention and support as they move through each phase of their application.
