The Administration Assistant is responsible for booking lessons/classes for customers based on availability and instructor allocation and will need to be aware at all times of different class levels and numbers and allocate late arrivals where possible. The admin assistant is also responsilbe for cash, cheque and credit card transactions and end of day cashiering. Preparation of lesson materials, tickets and reporting.
They will liaise with the Snowsport School Manager and Chief Instructor about staff and class availability and lesson allocation. Assist with the planning and organising of instructor rotas and work closely with the Ski Hire Department ensuring information on hire requirements are transferred.
