West Highland College UHI is looking to recruit a Centre Administrator and Support to be based in our Strontian Centre. The post holder will be working in a customer facing environment promoting the College and providing ongoing support to all College users.

The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring the provision of a high quality induction to the College Centre for all users. In addition to this, they will also be responsible for a broad range of administrative and clerical tasks associated with the successful and efficient running of College services.

Suitable candidates will have either a minimum SCQF level 7 qualification and relevant experience, OR will have substantial relevant experience which meets all the essential and desirable criteria detailed in the person specification.

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, along with excellent written/verbal communication and ICT skills. A full driving licence would be desirable.




£20,768 per annum, pro-rata

Working Hours:

Fixed-term for 1 year

6 hours per week

Closing Date:

Friday 24th November 2017 at 12 noon


Expected to take place on Tuesday 12th December 2017
