HR Administrators - Various levels
Edinburgh - Multiple opportunities (including Senior)
Full-time/Permanent: Monday to Friday/ 37.5hrs per week
We are pleased to announce that we are looking for a number of HR Administrators at various levels to join busy teams within our HR Service Centre in Edinburgh on a full-time, permanent basis.
We will be holding an interactive group assessment session on the afternoon of Monday 27th November in Edinburgh and will be making final offers quickly following this session. Interested applicants must be able to attend this session in order to be considered.
The HR Service Centre delivers a high volume of HR transactional services. We have various HR Administration teams that handle a variety of activities for our valued client (a global blue-chip financial services company).
Working as part of a team, you will have daily interaction with the client, its employees and external vendors, by email or telephone. We have designated teams that handle:
First point of contact HR queries - providing support for all general HR enquiries and supporting Offboarding Administration including completion of exit interviews etc. (Advisory)
Managing HR Services email inboxes and Campus recruitment administration tasks; event tracking, preparation of offer letters, query management and Onboarding activities including processing New Hires.
Expense reimbursements, general relocation queries and payment related activities.

Essential Experience / Skills
Proven track record of providing quality customer service in a similar environment
Previous experience working in an administrative environment
Demonstrated ability with computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills - both written & Verbal (GCSE C or above please)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and deal with conflicting priorities
Ability to respond to a high volume of queries, ensuring a high attention to detail and accuracy
Essential Experience / Skills - SENIOR LEVEL
As above and including:
Previous experience completing similar HR Administrative tasks and Case Management
Good computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and assist other team members to achieve collective goals
Demonstrated experience responding to high volumes of queries, ensuring quality output
Desirable Experience / Advantageous
Previous experience using Workday
Previous experience completing HR Administrative tasks
Previous exposure to HR Service Centre environment
