The College is an academic partner of the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) and operates across 10 college centres to deliver a wide range of further and higher education courses – from Access to postgraduate study.
We have a unique opportunity for an HR Manager to join our College Management Group, to lead and develop the Human Resource function, providing business focused advice and guidance and support to the College management, line managers and staff.
You will focus on delivering a professional, effective and friendly service by embedding a strategic approach to HR, whilst, delivering a successful operational HR service. The commitment, performance and wellbeing of our staff is key to the success of the College and you will be instrumental in driving forward our People Strategies to ensure we attract, recruit, develop, support, motivate and engage with all our staff and continue to make West Highland College a great place to work.
You will have an evidenced track record of successful experience in an HR Manager/Business Partner role and be CIPD qualified (or equivalent qualification).
You will have the most amazing view from the HR Office!
