Campbeltown Community Business, owner and operator of Campbeltown Picture House, wish to contract a suitably experienced evaluator to work with the Project Manager, the board of directors, and Picture House staff to produce a systematic and objective assessment of restoration and redevelopment of the historic cinema. The evaluation should determine the relevance and fulfilment of objectives, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and?sustainability.
The contractor will need to summarise their evaluation in a comprehensive report, an interim draft of which should be submitted by the end of March 2018, and a final draft by the end of April 2018 (exact dates to be agreed with the contractor).
The fixed fee for this contract for services is £5,000 inclusive of expenses and VAT.
The study should be carried out during January to March 2018.
