Providing administrative support to the dive support (maintenance ) team.  Duties will include inputting data into a planned maintenance system (PMS), producing work orders, inputting risk assessments into a health and safety data base, ensuring equipment certification files are in date, updating spreadsheets, taking minutes of meetings, producing monthly reports, filing and reception duties.  This post is to cover for maternity leave for up to 12 months starting late December/ early January and will be based in the dive support office which is located at the end of the pier. Hours will be 9 - 5 Monday, Tuesday and 8 - 4 Weds, Thurs, Friday.  

Must have general administrative experience and proficient IT skills (word, excel, data base systems).  The ideal candidate will have previous admin experience in a maintenance environment and knowledge of PMS systems.
