We are currently looking for an office administrator to cover maternity leave from January/February. Duties include, everyday office filing of sales & purchase ledger, meeting and greeting garage, car sales & vehicle hire customers, managing garage & car hire diary, taking customer payments, processing customer finance agreements, processing vehicle hire agreements, occasionally collecting and dropping off customers and processing vehicle warranty claims. The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure in a busy office environment. Hours of working are Wednesday - Friday 8.30- 17:30 plus holiday cover.
The successful candidate must have previous office experience along with sage and Microsoft word & excel. Drivers licence essential.
