Clerical Assistant (Temporary) (13/1347)
You will be part of an administration team providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to Social Work Operational Teams.
You must be educated to standard grade level in relevant subject, or equivalent. Good organisational and communications skills, along with good customer care skills, are essential. A sound knowledge of word processing, a high degree of accuracy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are essential. ECDL would be desirable.
Experience of working in an office environment, and working in a multi-tasking environment, would be an advantage.
This is a temporary post for a period of up to 1 year to cover a maternity leave. This post may be suitable for secondment. Agreement from your line manager must be sought before applying for this post.
The above salary includes a current living wage supplement.
