At Crannog Seafood Restaurant we are looking for innovative staff to join our dynamic team in Fort William; we have vacancies for a Senior Chef and Chef.
The Senior Chef will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the kitchen, ensuring the food service runs smoothly, cooking and finishing dishes, creating and assisting in the development of new dishes for the menu and specials board, liaising with front of house, contributing to the achievement of company targets, ensuring HACCP and house rules are adhered to, supervising and developing the kitchen team.
The Chef will report to the Senior Chef and will be responsible for a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and finishing dishes, contributing to the creation of new dishes, following HACCP, house rules and cleaning systems, assiting with training of new staff.
We also have vacancies at Garrison West, our new pub in Fort William.
The Senior Chef must have proven experience at a similar level. Both positions will require experience of cooking for over 50 covers, must be innovative, demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for producing high quality food, have good communication skills, attention to detail, drive and energy, open mindedness, good team working skills, a flexible approach to the work, hygiene and cooksafe qualifications and ideally a professional cookery qualification.
