As a Customer Service Assistant you will have a passion for great customer service and will provide a 5 star customer experience for all visitors to The Helix.
You will be responsible for serving hot and cold food to our visitors while providing information and options to assist them in their purchase. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards in cleanliness including table clearing and cleaning, sweeping, mopping and dish washing. You will understand the importance of visitors having a clean environment to enjoy their food.
We are looking for individuals with some catering experience who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised and can successfully work as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is also critical.
You will work 15.75 hours per week on a variable shift pattern which operates across 7 days on a 4 weekly rotation and will include regular weekend working. The rota will be available for viewing at the interview stage.
This post is based at The Plaza Cafe at The Helix however there may be occasions when you are required to work in the Visitor Centre at The Helix.
The posts are temporary until October 2018 due to seasonal requirements.
Interviews for these positions are likely to be the end of January 2018 with an anticipated start date of the 5th March 2018.

The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1st July 2011.
