Smart Metering Team Coaches
Circa £33,468 (including annualised hours allowance)
You’ll hold a key front-facing role, visiting customers and demonstrating energy solutions, installing, maintaining and explaining the benefits associated with gas and electric meters. You’ll also carry out training and mentoring for the meter operatives in your team.
Working to ensure maximum performance against targets, you’ll develop and share knowledge with the wider business to promote standard methodology across the whole team.
You must have previous coaching and mentoring experience, have a structured approach to fault diagnostics, and be confident communicating at all levels. In addition, your computer skills should be sound.
Although you’ll report into a depot when necessary, we need you to work across your entire region. Hence a current full UK driving licence (with no more than 3 points) is required.
As part of this role you’ll work 5 days from 7, including some weekends, and will also participate in local, flexible, seasonal working arrangements and emergency cover.
