We need good all-rounders to run our departments and that's what a Team Manager is responsible for. From the way they look, to the way we deal with our customers, everything and anything to do with the day-to-day running of our stores will be your responsibility. Whether you're driving sales, managing rotas or training and inducting new starters or supporting colleagues in local stores... you'll do everything to the highest standards while developing a productive ongoing relationship with the Boots store teams. A capable leader and people manager, you'll be equally at home with hitting sales targets as you are at dealing with issues as and when they arise.
