Falkirk Community Trust run this busy café at weekends preparing and serving food and hot drinks as well as helping answer customer questions about the park.

The role will require a basic knowledge of food preparation and the hygiene standards that go with this, along with the ability to work well on your own in a busy environment and the numeracy skills required to manage a till. You will hold at least an elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.

We are looking for people that have the energy and drive to deliver the best experience possible, as part of the team you will be expected to maintain the highest of standards in everything that you do.

You will work 8 hours per week Saturday and Sunday 9.30am to 1.30pm and 12.30pm to 4.30pm. This post has different hours and shifts in the summer and winter.

This post is temporary until February 2020 due to seasonal requirements.

The successful applicant will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1st July 2011.
