A customer facing line management role to lead a team of Selling Partners to achieve the branches operating plan. The Section Manager will act as Duty and Deputy Head of Branch when required, taking overall accountability for the operation, including the health and safety of all Partners, customers and visitors. As a Section Manager, you would be working closely with other parts of the business to deliver effective results for the business unit and feeding back to inform continuous improvement. Externally, you are required to develop and grow the reputation of John Lewis.The role will suit an individual with strong leadership and communication skills who enjoys taking ownership for achieving business and personal objectives. As you will be working closely across a wide range of Partners you will have strong stakeholder management skills and be confident in providing and questioning information. You will have experience of developing individual team members, working with them on their development plan and managing any performance issues.
