Do you like to help people? We are looking for a Transport Officer to work in our team to take transport bookings for the THInC dial-a-bus service which operates in Aberdeen taking people to Health & Social Care appointments. You’ll be speaking to people on the phone and using our scheduling software to book them a place on the buses or providing alternative transport advice. Full training on the use of the scheduling software will be provided but the successful candidate will likely have a logistics or public transport background, or will have experience of helping people in a practical way.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
