Home Energy Scotland has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, customer focused energy advisors. Home Energy Scotland provide high quality advice and information about energy efficiency. We are dedicated to supporting Scottish householders to make changes to their lives and homes, helping them to have more a sustainable future. The customer is at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll be part of a busy, target-focused and supportive team dealing with both inbound and outbound advice calls, supporting clients and providing them with independent and impartial advice about how to save energy and money. Our aim is to deliver a world class advice service and everyone has a part to play in that.
To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for customer service and be a confident communicator. You will be expected to go above and beyond for your customers supporting them with tailored advice specific to their needs. The most important thing you can bring is a positive attitude so don’t worry if you don’t think you have the technical skills, we’ll give you full training.

Home Energy Scotland is the free, impartial advice service funded by the Scottish Government and managed by the Energy Saving Trust. The Energy Agency delivers the service in South West Scotland

The Grade of this post is Grade 1 / Level 4 the hourly rate is £9.42 and the annual salary is £17,192. This is a temporary post until 30 September 2018 in the first instance with potential extension.
