Pensions Administrator - Defined Contributions

We are looking for an analytical and organised DC Pension professional to join our busy team in Glasgow.

About the role

You will work within a friendly and supportive back office team based in a bright, modern office - providing DC pension administration investment services for all clients, scheme members and their dependants in line with service level agreements and in accordance with legislation, policy conditions, business rules, and regulatory framework.

As a DC pension Administrator, you would be in charge of your own portfolio of schemes and would process monthly contributions, lifestyling and individual trades. Reconciliation work is carried out monthly to ensure trades are processed correctly. An exciting aspect of the job is that every day is different - There is a huge degree of variance due to the nature of the work and various projects.

You will contribute to the overall goals of the team, completing administration and telephony tasks and achieving excellent client service in line with procedural and Service Level requirements.

What you will do:

  • Create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and events.

  • Provide optimum service delivery on all aspects of the Defined Contribution administration - Processing monthly contributions, lifestyling and individual trades

  • Create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and events.

  • Work within set Key Performance Indicators and quality standards and make every effort to achieve these.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, members and third parties in line with service level agreements

  • Promote and participate in good team communications and teamwork

Your skills & experience will include:

  • Experience administering Defined Contribution pension schemes

  • The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Attention to detail, highly numerate and a good communicator

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and able to be adaptable to varying demands in workloads

**Ideally you will have experience of allocatingcontributions and trading, however this is not essential **
