As a Customer Experience Lead at McDonalds you will be required to greet and converse with our customers, inviting them into our restaurant with your natural hospitality and enthusiasm. You will assist them whilst impacting positively those special moments and handle any concerns with confidence whilst communicating with the restaurant team.

The experience at McDonalds is changing with our new modern and progressive ordering platforms and we want you to be a part of this exciting time. You will ensure our customers can place their order with ease through our kiosks and table service whilst delivering on their expectations of an outstanding experience at McDonalds.

Position Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the customer remaining as your focal priority. Be confident in customer service with a passion for standards and consistency. Value our customers by providing them a stress-free experience which will see them return, whilst gaining job satisfaction through customer loyalty and making a difference to others.
