Casual Call Centre Advisor
£8.51 per hour
The main responsibilities will be to positively respond to a wide range of enquiries via telephone and email for all services within the Contact Centre. You will deliver excellent customer service for each contact including dealing with issues, complaints, and vulnerable clients. The Council will be providing suitable systems, processes and training to support you in this role.
As someone who enjoys being a positive contributor to the team, you will work flexibly with your colleagues to ensure the customer is always the main priority – understanding the issues they face and working to find the answers they need. You will need to demonstrate a positive attitude, a calm approach and real drive and determination to offer the very best in customer excellence.
It’ll be no surprise to learn that highly developed communication skills, both spoken and written, are crucial in this role you’ll need good listening and questioning skills along with the ability to explain information clearly and above all courteously.
Finally, a standard grade or equivalent in English with previous experience in a customer focused enquiry service is essential.
We are looking for Casual staff to provide cover for staff absence for the Contact Centre teams.
The above salary includes a current living wage supplement.
