A job-share opportunity, working on a 0.5 FTE/17.5 Hours per Week basis with the current post holder, has arisen within the position of Learning Services Co-ordinator in the Department of Equalities, Inclusion and Learning Services. A crucial part of the department management team, reporting to the Head of Equalities, Inclusion and Learning Services, you will lead the overall operational management of the staff, resources, services and activities of Learning Resources across three campuses. You will be responsible for the college Flexible Learning Portfolio and work with teaching departments and external stakeholders to ensure that the portfolio is effective. You will make an active contribution to strategic and operational planning. Drive, enthusiasm for the learning experience and learners and a desire to improve services on an on-going and collaborative basis, would match well with the existing departmental philosophy.
You will join a dynamic, innovative and supportive team of Learning Resources and Equalities staff. You will possess as a minimum requirement an HND or equivalent in appropriate subject or other related subject or have significant relevant experience in Learning Resource provision.
