Job Description

As Sport and Physical Activity Coach (Gymnastics) you will work within the City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club, providing development and performance opportunities for selected gymnasts. Your key role is to support the successful Women's Artistic Gymnastics Performance Programme. You will work with identified groups of gymnasts and with coaches and other key partners to deliver effectively. You will monitor and evaluate gymnasts against agreed performance targets and establish and maintain effective communication channels with coaching colleagues, gymnasts and their parents.

To be successful in this role you have the following skills and experience:
• British Gymnastics level 4 (Women’s Artistic) or equivalent
• Considerable degree of experience and knowledge of gymnastics coaching
• Be a motivated and innovative coach with relevant coaching experience
• Knowledge of working within a club programme
• Flexible approach to work and able to work unsociable hours (evenings and weekends)
