The role we're recruiting for:
We are looking for a passionate and professional individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the branch team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You won’t be afraid to get stuck in and help others in their roles, when needed.
You will be responsible for:
Quick to learn and able to multitask while working at pace
Self motivated, organised and able to work to deadlines effectively
Customer focused with excellent customer service skills
Able to instil trust and confidence
A team player with a friendly personality
Efficient and effective administrative service to the branch team
Ensuring all systems and procedures are carried out in line with company policy as documented.
Matching and validating all invoices against orders
Filing all paperwork and actioning branch reports.
It would be great if you had:
Experience in a fast paced environment and IT skills are essential; previous administration experience is also desirable. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work on your own and have good customer service.
