Entry Level Pensions Administrator Opportunities - 3 month FTC - Glasgow
Are you a Financial Services Graduate seeking work? OR a Financial Services Administrator looking for some experience within Pensions Administration?
We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic individuals to take up a number of fixed-term entry level Pensions Administrator roles within our busy Glasgow based office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to dip your toe into Pensions Administration. Both our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices are growing and we hope that these fixed-term opportunities will lead onto longer term roles. We would like to conduct interviews on Thursday 15th March and Friday 16th March.
About the role
You will work within a friendly and supportive team providing the full lifecycle of pension administration services for all clients, scheme members and their dependants in line with service level agreements and in accordance with legislation, policy conditions, business rules, and regulatory framework.
As an entry-level Administrator, you will contribute to the overall goals of the team, completing administration and telephony tasks and achieving excellent client service in line with procedural and Service Level requirements.

What you will do:
Contribute towards the team's daily workload targets. Contribute towards monthly and annual tasks, scheme events and any ad-hoc project work.
Actively participate and communicate with other administrators of varying experience levels.
Maintain a high consistent quality of work across all member, client and third party queries by communicating in a professional and appropriate manner.
Continually develop personal skills and knowledge.
Your skills & experience will include:
Strong numeracy skills - Financial Services or similarly numerate graduates preferred
A basic understanding of the different types of pension arrangements and how they operate
The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
Attention to detail and a strong communicator
The ability to work to strict deadlines and able to be adaptable to varying demands in workloads
A genuine appetite for learning and progression
