Becoming a Team Manager:

We are looking for experienced Team Managers to join us on the start of a new partnership. Working in a truly customer focused environment, assisting customers to claim back money owed from financial services companies who have failed. Dealing with some sensitive and emotive situations you will lead and motivate your team to deliver an effective and empathetic service. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of something right at the start and help shape the future of this new partnership. Not to mention earning a highly competitive £32,000 per annum.

What you will do:

  • Provide strong leadership, support and coaching of up to 12 team members
  • Effective workload management
  • Maintain compliance and operational effectiveness
  • Be an ambassador for a true partnership approach, collaborating effectively with your internal and external stakeholders

Your experience will include:

  • Proven track record in people management (first line)
  • A true motivator and ability to effectively coach and develop people at all levels
  • Ability to analyse data, problem solve and make decisions confidently
  • Process management of various workflows, allocating work effectively
  • Experience in the Financial services sector is desirable but not essential
