Senior Customer Complaint Handler

Becoming a Senior Customer Complaint Handler:
You'll be joining us at the start of an exciting new partnership, playing a pivotal role in resolving customer's financial compensation claims. This is a superb opportunity to work in a customer facing role with a great purpose, doing the right thing by the customer. What you will do:
- Show genuine empathy and understanding
- Managing complex cases end to end
- Take full ownership of your case load, managing your own diary
- Investigate, review and reach a fair decision
- Calculate any redress
- Communicate openly and effectively with the customer (both over the phone and in writing)
Your experience will include:
- Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills with the ability to empathise with customers
- Confident and articulate communicator (both verbal and written)
- Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Financial services experience in either PPI, banking, investments, mortgages, pensions or insurance
- Any relevant Financial qualification/accreditation would be an advantage
