Job Description Stirling Council Integrated Facilities Management Team have an exciting opportunity within their Housing Property Team for a Site Manager to programme and manage their in-house construction for their New Build Housing Programme as well as various refurbishment and regeneration projects for existing Council Properties. The successful candidate will have experience in the daily management of construction sites and ideally have experience of resourcing works using in-house construction trades or have experience of co-ordinating multi-trade construction works. The ideal candidate will have experience of both new-build and refurbishment projects and be a confident communicator able to converse with a wide range of individuals and have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a busy team. Requirements The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check.
