To assist the Council in meeting its responsibilities for keeping its area, as far as practical, free from rats and mice, by carrying out surveys, monitoring and treating vermin under commercial contracts, responding to domestic requests and assisting with other Protective Services Officers with interventions where infestations require formal action.
Provide advice and treatment for a range of pest species as a result of enquiries or treatment requests.Essential
British Pest Control Association/ Royal Society for Public Health Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent)
Experience in identification and treatment of a range of common pest species
Assessing and operating safe systems of work
