Nevis Range is a busy and ever changing environment with lots going on and we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. The successful applicant will be working in the Admin Department on a daily basis including weekends.

Primary Tasks:

  • Oversee Office and Ticket Office administration, rota and staffing levels, cashiering and money handling
  • Coordination staff requirements for projects and tasks with other senior staff
  • Purchasing, liaison and negotiation with office suppliers and other company purchases as required
  • Customer services
  • Administration of external services
  • Daily operations (Ops) on a rota basis
  • As part of the Operations/Duty Manager (Ops) Team - liaise with other Ops personnel to coordinate rotation
  • Admin support for all departments as required
  • Assist Managers with HR including staff induction

Knowledge Skills Required:

  • Strong administration knowledge and experience
  • IT skills
  • Previous supervisory experience an advantage
  • Ability to carry out work unsupervised
  • Driving licence preferred
