About the Role
The End User Computing (EUC) 3rd Line Support Analyst will report to the EUC 3rd Line Support Team Leader within EIS and will be responsible for delivering support for all aspects of End User Computing including Active Directory, Build creation and management, patching and software packaging and deployment to our three partner organisations. They will respond to incidents and requests allocated to the team within the Service Now systems.
They will initially work as part of the project team to create and roll out a Win10 build and new laptops to Skills Development Scotland and will, in the future, work with project teams to implement new or improved services in the End User Computing space.
The role will be based in SDS office in Glasgow although by exception there may be travel required within Scotland in support of local roll out or ongoing issues.

The successful candidate will be educated to HNC level (SCQF level 7) in an IT related subject or have comparable work experience in at IT environment. You will be an experienced IT support analyst with hands on experience of supporting an End User Computing Environment and its related components. You will be a flexible and pragmatic individual who does not allow process to block progress. In addition, enjoy working as part of small, friendly and dedicated team committed to delivering a quality product to our end users.
