A pivotal role as Spirit Energy looks to the future, providing legal and compliance support to the group you will join a busy operational environment relating to multiple assets and projects.
Thriving on variety, change and challenge you will advise on legal and regulatory frameworks, work on M&A transactions and support contractual negotiations. Your stakeholders will include a broad range of internal clients and external counterparties (operators, co-venturers, suppliers).
You will manage claims and disputes and advise on project and operational matters. To advise on compliance and reputation issues is key to the role, as is the provision of high quality legal advice with a collaborative and pragmatic approach, honesty and integrity.
You will have exceptional attention to detail and previous oil and gas law experience either in house with an operator or private practice.
You will be qualified in Scotland or England.
To have the ability to resolve complexity is key as you add value and manage conflicting priorities.
