New Business Sales Hunter - Scotland

Location: Home Based (Scotland)

Salary: Competitive basic and commission scheme

About the role

The role is primarily a new business acquisition hunter which will be key to the continued growth of the Scotland sales business. It will be focussing on both Public and Private sector. The role holder may be office or home based with at least 1 days per week in our Edinburgh Office along with extensive national travel to customer meetings and Trustmarque offices

The successful candidate will be an established sales person, with a strong background in software licensing, cloud and services solutions - preferably Microsoft.

What you will do:

  • Build a short - medium - long term pipeline of new business in the Local Government and Educational Verticals in Scotland.

  • Identify, qualify, develop and maximise all opportunities for sales growth.

  • Build strong relationships within these verticals.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider support team to maximise efficiency in preparing bids / proposals.

Your experience will include:

  • Experience in a New Business Acquisition role selling IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving / over achieving new business sales targets.
  • Previously sold to and have a good understanding of the Local Government and Education Verticals in Scotland.
  • Ideally have experience selling Microsoft products including Azure, Office365 and licenses.
