Stylish, award winning 4* family owned 30 bedroom hotel nestled on the Argyll coast, two hours from Glasgow, twenty minutes from Oban.

We are looking for an experienced, urbane, assistant manager with fabulous personality, a real sense of customer expectations and the ability to truly motivate and manage staff. The hotel boasts a fine dining restaurant featuring the very best of Argyll produce and a busy bistro, open to residents and casual visitors, all 100% fresh food.

We are looking for a really committed person with a natural joi de vivre, able to communicate guest expectations to our established team of hard working, happy and capable staff. A keen sense of financial acumen, attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. The owners and senior management are keen to build on the skillset of the successful candidate, empowering them to develop as people and professionals. We promote a great work life balance, time off in lieu for extra hours worked, a share of all tips and discounted food.

Salary £22-24K per annum + live in.
