Social Work Resources have been redesigning elements of the delivery of its Unpaid Work service. The unpaid work service works with and monitors those who are subject to a Court Disposal of a Community Payback Order (Unpaid Work & Other Activity Requirement) or a Fiscal Work Order and are undertaking unpaid work in the community.
The role of a Social Work Assistant in the unpaid work service is to work as part of a multi-agency team delivering and co-ordinating the unpaid service provision to individuals subject to Community Payback Order.
We are looking for highly organised and conscientious individuals to undertake the case management responsibilities in line with the National Outcomes and Standards for the Criminal Justice Services (2010). This post would require you to directly interact with service users and work with partner agencies to achieve successful completion of court imposed Community Payback Orders. The post also requires you to use your own initiative to utilise the ‘other activity’ element of an Order.
This post may require working in accordance with a roster.
