Permanent full time position

To oversee the provision of front line services to meet the demands of internal and external customers, Legislation and Council’s performance, statutory and financial targets within the services that Facilities Management provides, e.g. Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

You must ensure you meet every 'essential' criteria stated on the Person Specification to reach the interview stage. In cases where the majority of applicants meet all the essential criteria, the desirable criteria will be used to form a final short-leet.
Educated to HNC or SVQ Level 3 or equivalent and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience. S/he must also hold or be willing to work towards the REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
Full current driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential*
