We are looking to recruit 2 Customer Services Officers who will provide a first class welcome and service to West Highland College UHI customers, learners, staff and visitors to the College. They will also provide an excellent administrative support service as part of the Customer Service and Administrative team
You should have experience of working in a front line customer service role and possess excellent customer service and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Posts (2): Fixed Term (1 year)
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 1.00pm (16hrs) or Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 11.00am (15hrs)
Salary: £16, 963 per annuam (pro-rata)
