Subject to PA priorities, the role will include supporting the funding team in delivering wider funding activity. In addition, as part of a team of dedicated Funding Officers, you will also support activities to promote SNH funding and the further development and review of SNH policy through shared learning and demonstrating impact.
Peatland Action is a priority for SNH. We expect a budget of up to £13m in 2018/19, with expectations of similar levels in 2019/20 and increasing targets for restoration activity. It is critical that we are able to respond quickly to demand.
