We are currently looking for an experienced manager to join Key’s senior management team covering the North of Scotland where we currently have services in Caithness, Sutherland, Easter Ross, Inverness, Nairn, Fort William and Skye. The successful candidate will have a lead role in managing and developing Key’s services as well as participating in the development and delivery of our staff development and training programmes in the area.
Key supports adults and young people with disabilities across Scotland in a range of home and community settings. We have a long history of delivering high quality personalised support. We are committed to delivering services which enable people with disabilities to enjoy life in their community supported by family and friends, whilst receiving whatever additional support they need from Key to live life to the full.
We are passionate about ensuring that support is specifically tailored to each person's individual needs and desired outcomes. The ongoing roll out of Self Directed Support offers people with disabilities and their families the promise of even more involvement in designing and organising support which suits their unique requirements and is flexible enough to adapt to their changing needs and aspirations.
If you are up for the challenge of helping Key deliver on this promise, we are currently seeking a highly motivated, committed and flexible senior manager with a commitment to working alongside people we support both now and in the future to provide exceptionally high quality support services as well as offering a positive contribution to fulfilling the organisation’s strategic objectives.
You will require relevant qualifications and substantial management experience in social care.
We are committed to recruiting locally but are also interested in talking further to anyone who might be thinking about re-locating to this beautiful part of Scotland and will be able to assist with relocation expenses.
