This role will manage relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders and agencies across a dedicated regional business.

Applicants will demonstrate a track record of hands-on full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of building, construction and operational roles. The successful applicant will deliver a cost-effective resourcing solution to drive the talent acquisition strategy and provide expertise and support in the creation of person specifications, sourcing strategies, interview criteria and techniques.

You will have an excellent track record in resourcing, ideally gained within a construction environment. You will be innovative in finding solutions to recruit for hard to fill vacancies. You will have experience of applicant tracking systems, social media sourcing techniques, business partnering, in-house recruitment, stakeholder management and talent pipeline building. You will coach hiring managers on recruitment best practice and be the market and talent expert for your region and the company.
