Responsibilities will include: processing invoices and credit notes, reconciling key supplier statements, resolving invoicing queries, post distribution and timely filing of Aged Payable documents.
You will be a team player able to work closely with your peers within the Finance, Treasury and Payroll teams. You will have a high level of numeracy, excellent attention to detail and time management and problem solving skills. It is essential applicants have experience of working in a finance team, have good Excel and Word skills and are educated to a minimum level of GCSE, or equivalent, with passes in Mathematics and English. It will be advantageous to have experience of the construction sector and an AAT qualification.
