This newly created role will be responsible for leading the productivity and performance of a team of People Coordinators managing our employee lifecycle processes across the company. This will involve the day-to-day delivery of customer services to our people and managers. The successful applicant will provide high quality and consistent advice to internal stakeholders, consistently giving them a positive experience and outcome.

You will have a successful track record of managing, coaching and supporting a HR Shared Service function. You will have the ability to act strategically when required and be innovative in your approach, being able to deal with conflict and challenging situations.

You will need to demonstrate a substantial up-to-date knowledge of employment law and have experience of dealing with first line employee relations issues.

You will have experience of process improvement and of reporting and analysing employee data. Advance knowledge of Excel is essential. You will be qualified to CIPD Level 5, or equivalent, as a minimum.
