The post holder will communicate with an extensive range of internal and external project stakeholders at strategic and operational levels and on a one to one basis to ensure that the strategic vision of their programme is communicated with all stakeholders and that the requirements of stakeholders are understood and communicated.
The post holder will negotiate with and influence operational and clinical staff at all levels, professional advisors, representatives of statutory bodies and others and where necessary, challenge assumptions and “norms” to ensure that the eventual redesign meets operational and clinical service requirements. You will be required to concentrate for sustained periods to find creative solutions to complex problems and communicate these effectively using written verbal and presentational skills.
The post holder will be responsible for the collation and presentation of complex, sensitive and occasionally at times contentious information.

This post is an exciting opportunity to assist with the implementation and the re design of the Care at Home Service working closely with the Service Manager at a strategic level.
This post will include working with the Service Manager to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Care at Home service.
To work with the Team Managers within the service to ensure that the KPIs are met and reported on within agreed timescales.
The post will include setting up indicators to monitor sickness absence performance including trends analysis, levels of care provided by the in house service, ensuring that Total Mobile compliance reports are acted upon and the KPIs for the use of this system within the internal service are being adhered to and preparing reports which show a trend analysis for compliance across all teams.
The person will also assist with improving and creating new documents within the service to ensure that the service meets the Care at Home standards for inspection, working with the Quality & Review Lead Officer to identify training needs which this will then create for a range of staff.The Individual
Ideally the person should have an understanding of Care at Home and be able to work with minimal supervision to achieve the information set required.
The skills required will need to include computer skills including excel and word and the ability to prepare reports at very short notice when required.
You must also have very good communication skills including having good conversations with other members of staff and the ability to work under pressure and within agreed timescales.
It is essential that you can oversee and lead the work of the stakeholders to achieve system change.
Experience of major project design, planning and implementation Innovative approaches (Embrace technology and information) would be desirable but is not essential.
You will need to be educated to SCQF level 11, which includes education to degree level, Post Graduate Diploma, SVQ level 5 or equivalent.
