South Lanarkshire Council administers the recruitment process on behalf of South Lanarkshire Leisure & Culture.
South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture have an award winning swimming development programme which delivers high quality lessons in our nine pools. Due to the continued expansion of our programme which currently delivers lessons to around 10,000 people a week, we are looking for enthusiastic, high motivated Swim Teachers who love teaching swimming to a variety of abilities and age groups.
Applicants must hold a current UKCC Level 1 qualification. Please do not apply for the post if you are awaiting your result. Please submit your application when you have achieved your qualification.
You will also be required to obtain National Rescue Award for Swim Teachers and Coaches or equivalent.
All successful candidates will be expected to apply for PVG Scheme registration and complete induction before commencing any paid work.Requirements
