Salary: £37,105 - £38,519 per annum, pro rata (appointment is usually made at the first point in the two point salary scale)

Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to take up the exciting post of Physics Lecturer within the Faculty.

We are currently seeking an individual with experience and skills in Biology to become a Lecturer at Edinburgh College. This post is currently based at Milton Road Campus, however you may be required to work at any other Edinburgh College campus.

What you can offer us
The successful post holder will be required to deliver both theoretical knowledge and laboratory practice subject matter within the Health, Wellbeing and Social Science Faculty across a range of academic levels within the subject area of Human Biology and Physiology.
This role predominantly focuses on the delivery of Human Biology and Physiology for Care Professionals. Experience of delivering Curriculum for Excellence qualifications at National 4, 5 and Higher level would be an advantage.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, you will possess knowledge of current issues and developments within the Curriculum area. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of teaching the full curriculum within the subject area of Biology.
