FUEL POVERTY ENERGY ADVISOR (3 POSTS)
To provide a friendly and professional service to all customers; providing advice to domestic home energy users to contribute to the delivery of a fuel poverty energy advisory service by carrying out home visits and undertaking a range of tasks including gathering of information in relation to energy use and cost, providing a comprehensive service to customers who call through to the Associations Fuel Poverty Free-phone number who wish help and advice on fuel debt, benefit claims, income maximisation, advice on tariffs and payment options and assistance with Fuel Poverty Grant Application forms and energy efficiency measures.
(A Full Driving License is essential for this post and access to a company vehicle will be provided).
These posts will be based in Cunninghame Housing Association’s
new offices at 24 Nith Place, Dumfries, DG1 2PN
