Ensure information on our database is accurate and up-to-date. Similarly, the Skills Development Scotland’s Funding Information & Processing System • Create & close trainee/ learner records, which include sensitive personal information, and keep the Destruction Schedule up to date. • Maintain trainee records and filing systems for all documentation required for the government funded (SDS) contract Applications are invited which meet the essential requirements of the post, particulary the following: - Qualifications at Higher Level in subjects such as English or Business Administration or possession of SVQ3 in Business Administration. (SCQF 6) - A minimum of 2 years in a busy office environment. - Good IT Skills e.g. Outlook, Word, Access, Excel. - Ability to work effectively whilst constantly being interrupted
