An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer to support the Compliance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for a range of compliance and quality related tasks and administering the centralised file store.
The postholder will be required to:
• Provide administrative support to the compliance team across a variety of funding streams.
• Administer the centralised client file store including filing paperwork, retrieving and preparing files for audit.
• Produce reports from the Client Management System (Hanlon)
Candidates will be required to demonstrate:
• Administration skills
• Communication skills
• Organisational skills
• IT Skills
This post is a permanent post. The hours of work are 35 per week on a Monday - Friday shift pattern. The post holder will be primarily based at Ladywell Business Centre, 94 Duke Street, Glasgow, G4 0UW, but may be required to work from any location at which Jobs & Business Glasgow deliver a service.
