There is also plenty scope for progression through options like undertaking your SIA training with G4S, becoming a supervisor, joining the recruitment team and applying for the occassional full and part time vacancies within the office that come up.
Unlike many other stewarding companies, we offer a wide range of staff benefits including 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), company sick pay scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme, Contributory Healthcare Scheme and others.
The fundamental role of a Steward is to ensure all patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience. Events and Stewarding staff are often the first and last people visitors will meet at an event. Therefore the role of a Steward is primarily customer facing and includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing the ultimate customer care experience
- Checking Tickets
- Dealing with patrons queries and questions
- Crowd monitoring
- Helping people to their seats and providing general directions
- Hospitality, car parking and other general stewarding duties
Our staff provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff at an event.
